School Closure and Late Start
Due to severe cold temperatures forecasted throughout the day tomorrow, Tuesday, February 18th, the Akron School will be closed. Additionally, we will implement a late start for Wednesday, February 19th. School start time on Wednesday will be at 10 AM, with students expected to arrive starting at 9:40 AM. Bus route pick-up times will be modified two hours and 20 minutes later than regular pickup times. Please communicate with your driver if you will not be riding. Breakfast will not be served on Wednesday morning.
MS Wrestling @ Ovid has been cancelled for today. We will keep you updated if it is rescheduled.

Akron Rams Students and Families,
We will implement a late start for our school day tomorrow, Wednesday, February 12th. School start time will be at 10 AM, with students expected to arrive starting at 9:40 AM. Bus route pick-up times will be modified two hours and 20 minutes later than regular pickup times. Please communicate with your driver if you will not be riding. Breakfast will not be served in the morning. Please be safe in your travels tomorrow.

We are excited to host a PEP Rally and Send Off for our wrestlers as the head off to State. Pep Rally is Wednesday February 12th at 3 PM with the sendoff from the North Parking Lot on Thursday February 13th at 6:30 AM. Come help us support our Akron RAMS Wrestling Team! Attention League Band Parents:
Due to adverse weather conditions the League Band Concert Performance in Merino has been moved up to 2:30 PM today. Students will eat after the performance and head home early.

Due to the adverse weather conditions the FCCLA will not be going on their trip today. The Eagles game will be rescheduled to April 4th.
