• Title I:

  • Pay for a portion of the Title I teacher and paraprofessional salaries and benefits.

  • Purchase reading curriculum and supplemental reading materials from Heggerty, Wood Seeds, iWin, Sylvan, Genesis, and Dandelion.

  • Purchase Read Naturally/Read Live & DIBELS Next site licenses

  • Supplies for the Title I Family STEAM Night

  • Conference registration and travel to the "Reading in the Rockies Conference" for the teacher and paraprofessional

• Title II:

  • Pay for a portion of a literacy tutor's salary

• Title IV:

  • Pay for a portion of the elementary counselor's salary

Akron R-1 also sets aside federal funds for students identified as homeless as required.
